Ellie Smoak is a sixth-generation Charlestonian with deep roots in the Lowcountry and an extensive understanding of the local community. Raised in Charleston and educated at local schools, Ellie developed a strong appreciation for the city’s history, culture, and evolving real estate landscape from an early age.

She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in French and International Business before moving to France, where she spent nearly two years living in Paris and Bordeaux. During that time, she gained valuable experience working in the luxury hospitality and technology sectors, refining her ability to deliver high-level service and build meaningful client relationships.

After returning to Charleston, Ellie launched a concierge business, further expanding her already extensive local network and honing her expertise in personalized service. She now brings that same dedication, discretion, and market insight into her real estate career.
